Website services and software licence
Website terms are separate from the application licence and sales terms.
1. The website and its content
Acutance Photography presents software and materials from the project by David Bongiorno, Palermo, Italy. Photographs, text and trademarks retain their respective rights. Browsing this website does not purchase the software.
2. Application licence
Studio and Photo-View are governed by licence agreement version 1.1, available before downloading and included in setup. Its provisions also preserve mandatory user rights and third-party component licences. Read the software licence.
3. Purchases and additional services
When a purchase offer is available, the actual seller, prices and terms are identified in the offer and order confirmation. For Merchant of Record purchases, the reseller handles the sale and invoicing under the applicable contract. The licence does not include guaranteed response times or custom development unless expressly agreed.
4. Optional YouTube connection
Acutance Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using this feature, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google authorisation is separate from the licence and can be revoked. Users must hold the necessary rights in videos, music and other content they publish. Privacy and revocation · Google Privacy Policy.
5. Compatibility and user rights
HDR appearance depends on the file, display, drivers and player. Technical information does not exclude responsibility for contractually promised features. Mandatory protections, including consumer jurisdiction where applicable, remain effective. No different exclusive court is imposed.
