ACUTANCE SUITE 1.1.2 — THIRD-PARTY NOTICES

Acutance application code: copyright David Bongiorno; proprietary licence (EULA_IT.txt / EULA_EN.txt). Third-party libraries, models and data retain their original licences. Their terms prevail for those components.

COPyleft LIBRARIES AND REPLACEMENT RIGHTS
Qt, PySide6 and shiboken6 6.11.2: LGPL version 3 for the shipped library/binding components, with original additional third-party terms. The libraries and .py wrapper code are external and replaceable. LGPL-3.0 and GPL-3.0 texts are in licenses/Qt_PySide_Nuitka. Commercial licence files contained in upstream archives do not mean Acutance has a commercial Qt licence. Unused QtPDF and Qt FFmpeg multimedia plugins are not distributed in this release.
LibRaw 0.22.1: LGPL 2.1 (alternative upstream CDDL also supplied). The rawpy wrapper 0.27.1 is MIT; the native raw_r.dll is dynamically linked. GPL demosaic packs are disabled.
Lensfun: LGPL 3 library at recorded commit 101c745e847a5de4a1e569a94368ce2027198598; lensfunpy 1.18.0 wrapper MIT. Lensfun optical database: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0, original database files and notices retained. Native wheel dependencies include GLib 2.86.3, gettext libintl 0.22.5 and libiconv 1.18 under LGPL, PCRE2 under BSD.
FFmpeg/FFprobe: LGPL 2.1+ AV1-only build from commit a25ba44c0cc269bc531455447b14c81d0226ed39, --disable-gpl --disable-nonfree and explicit codec allowlist. Native dependencies and their versions/licences are listed in MSYS_COMPONENTS.json. GLib, FriBidi, libintl, libiconv and LAME are among the LGPL dependencies. GCC runtimes use their original GPL terms WITH the GCC Runtime Library Exception; this does not impose GPL on independent Acutance code.
python-vlc 3.0.21203: LGPL 2.1+, external vlc.py in Photo View. VLC/libVLC itself is not bundled and, if used, is installed separately by the user. Windows media/HEIC capabilities are provided independently by Windows or installed codecs.
certifi 2026.7.22: MPL 2.0; unchanged corresponding source included in the source archive.

NUITKA
Compiled with Nuitka 4.2.2. Its compiler is AGPL 3; its shipped runtime has the original Runtime Library Exception permitting independent proprietary modules and compilation output under their own terms. Original LICENSE.txt, LICENSE-RUNTIME.txt, NOTICE.txt and corresponding runtime source are supplied. This statement does not relicense the compiler.

PERMISSIVE COMPONENTS
Exact component versions are in licenses/PYTHON_COMPONENTS.json. Original complete copyright/permission/disclaimer texts, including bundled numerical/codec dependencies, are in licenses/Python_packages. Components include Python (PSF), NumPy/SciPy and OpenBLAS/LAPACK, Pillow, imagecodecs, OpenCV, ONNX Runtime, tifffile, network/authentication libraries and their dependencies. OpenCV FFmpeg video and software HEIF providers are excluded from the product. Separate Microsoft runtime DLLs remain subject to their applicable Microsoft redistribution terms, not to the Acutance EULA.

FACE MODELS AND DATA
YuNet and SFace licences/provenance, model hashes and original attributions are supplied in resources/face_search (Studio). Existing face detector/model notices in resources also remain applicable. Model-code licences do not constitute a universal warranty about training-data rights or applicable biometric/data-protection law. Face indexing and matching occur locally; see privacy policy.

SHA-256 and source-manifest files are included. The same source archive accompanies the prepared release folder. See README_SOURCES_IT_EN.txt for rebuild/replacement details. You may modify and replace LGPL libraries and reverse engineer the application as required to debug those modifications. No extra commercial fee is imposed for rights already granted by third-party licences. Acutance's independent proprietary application sources are not included.
